PDC Unicorn Challenge Tour 5-8 Preview

This weekend, the PDC Unicorn Challenge Tour returns as the second weekend of the Tour comes to the Barnsley Metrodome for four events played over Saturday and Sunday. Even though it is not a main tour event there are still some big names playing on the Challenge Tour and some great match ups are guaranteed. The THREE time Ladies World Champion Lisa Ashton had a pretty good weekend last time out, but will be looking to improve on that, also Luke Humphries who has had a lot of success on the Development Tour has also been having some good runs on the Challenge Tour as he sits 20th in the order of merit.

Mark Dudbridge, Steve Brown, Kevin McDine, Peter Hudson, Alan Tabern are amongst a few of former top players on the main tour as they look to win back their PDC tour cards. In the first four events over in Milton Keynes just a few weeks ago Aaron Dyer shown us all what he is capable of as he won two out the four events as he sits top of the order of merit, Martin Lukeman is a player who has been in great form recently after he had a decent run in the Coral UK Open in Minehead before he got edged out by Ian White, he sits 7th in the Challenge Tour order of merit. It will certainly be a terrific weekend and some quality tungsten will be thrown. Below is the PDC Unicorn Challenge Tour order of merit courtesy of the PDPA.
